The Supreme Court (SC) on Friday issued notices to the federation as well as the attorney general on a petition challenging an office memorandum of October 4, 2011, pertaining to the allocation of 10 percent posts of deputy secretaries (DSs) for lateral induction from other services groups such as the provincials services and retired military officers.
