Memogate Commission formed by the Supreme Court (SC) has been moved to summon President Asif Ali Zardari in the ongoing hearing meant to probe the memorandum allegedly drafted on his nod.
According to a private television channel, the petitioner, Sardar Muhammed Siddique Khan submitted an application to the Acting Secretary of the Commission to this effect.
The plea states American-Pakistani Businessman Mansoor Ijaz employed the word ‘boss’ for President Zardari during the last hearing; hence, it is imperative that he (Zardari) should be sought to explain, to satisfy the prerequisites of justice.
The plea prayed to the commission to direct President Zardari to appear before the Commission’s session being convened at Islamabad High Court (IHC)

  1. …………………..UN till PPP is in POWER, n MR.ZARDARI is the PRESIDENT of PAKISTAN////////////////

  2. The US double agent has confirmed that he wrote and delivered the memo to the general no doubt about it. If it is the main issue, it is solved case closed. Why is PCO court and rightwing parties in love with this hate monger against Pakistan? It only gives the message to the world that “anybody who spits venom against Pakistan is loved by our generals and courts”. More people should follow the example of MI and do what he did to Pakistan. Never was a court where the main criminal actor is acting as prosecutor and friend of judges.
