Punjab government has appointed Muhammad Shan Gul as additional advocate general on Tuesday. He is the youngest additional advocate general Punjab at the age of 38. Earlier, there was bar of 40 years which was waived. The post of AAG did not exist earlier and a special seat had to be created on administrative grounds.
