  1. What a waste of time? If PM is serious about Baluchistan, he does not require a 13 member committee to call an All Parties Conference.

The PM has the power to take action. He should immediately announce general amnesty in Baluchistan and withdraw all military personnel from the province, allowing the Baluch youth to return home. Then a meaningful dialogue can begin to resolve Baluchistan's problems. This is the richest province in resources and the people of the province can be prosperous in a short time.
