Lectures on Seerat conclude at IIUI

Dawah Academy of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) on Monday celebrated the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awal and arranged a series of lectures and programmes on Seerat-e-Tayyaba both at Faisal Masjid and the new campus of the university. Pir Noor-ul-Haq Qadri MNA was the chief guest while Pir Muhammad Ameen-ul-Hasnat of Bhera Sharif presided over the concluding lecture. IIUI Vice President Professor Dr Sahibzada Sajid-ur-Rehman also attended the occasion.
Dr Sajid-ur-Rehman urged the audience to spread the message of Seerat-e-Tayyaba. He said the Seerat programmes of IIUI were not only appreciated in Pakistan but also in other countries. The IIUI vice president said the varsity should continue such programmes in the future. He appreciated the five-day book fair of Islamic books of Dawah Academy and assumed that thousands of books were sold. He added that the Muslims should follow the principals of the holy prophet (PBUH) for success in this life and life hereafter. Pir Noor-ul-Haq Qadri said that Dawah Academy was performing a pivotal role in promoting Islamic education to highlight all aspects of Seerat-e-Tayyaba. He said that the prophet (PBUH) is the founder of civilisation which spread peace and prosperity all over the world.
