The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) announced on Saturday that it would end gas load shedding to all CNG stations in Sindh.
The decision was taken after improvements were made in the gas supply from various gas fields.
In a notification, the SSGC said the CNG sector is exempted from load shedding after a sufficient gas increase in the gas pressure.
In a statement, the All Pakistan CNG Association welcomed the move, saying that almost 10 million people would be facilitated with the environment-friendly fuel.
Previously, people of the province had been facing many inconveniences when gas supply to CNG stations was cut off.
Commuters were facing severe difficulties in travelling, while public transport owners had also started demanding increased fares.
