At least nine people including women and children were killed in separate road misshapes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab, officials said on Saturday.
According to police, five people, including two women and a child were killed in road accident Mardan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa early Saturday.
The incident took place near Tablighi Jamat Markaz in Takht Bai area, police said adding that a car collided head on with a pickup truck. The dead and injured were shifted to a nearby hospital.
In another unfortunate misshape four people including two women burnt to death when their car crashed into a Carry-pick up coming from opposite side on National high way near Shehar Sultan, a town of Muzafar Garh district which resulted exploding CNG cylinder.
And all this happens from the imprudence of some people. What a pity.
