SCREAM Chairman Waqar Khalid said those using Islam to promote terrorism don’t deserve any mercy and that we must unite to overcome them. He said that university and college students and teachers could play an important role against terrorism and it is for that reason that they had arranged seminars in educational institutions to educate people about terrorism. He said that SCREAM was set up to take care of the terrorism victims who had suffered losses and to provide a platform to speak out against terrorism. Waqar Khalid, who had survived a bomb blast said, “Our purpose is to spread awareness about the ramifications of terrorism and stimulate a change in the minds of the individuals to stand against all sorts of extremism.”

US should increase the funding because so far, Pakistan has failed to counter terrorism and the use of improvised explosive devices by the terrorists.
EU will be providing Pakistan with latest robotic technology to help us in minimizing the terror attacks, fuelled by improvised explosive devices. US too should come forward and help Pakistan.
Improvised explosive devices have put the whole region at the risk of terrorism.
Improvised explosive devices have made life extremely easy for terrorists and this is extremely bad news for the whole world.
