Justice Ijaz Ahmed of the Lahore High Court, Rawalpindi Bench, on Tuesday kept in abeyance his earlier decision in which he had debarred civil aviation authority to collect entry fee from the individuals entering in Benazir International Airport Islamabad.
Adnan Saeed Malik, director legal of competition commission of Pakistan had appeared and requested the Court that a short adjournment be granted to submit parawise comments on behalf of the commission. He also asserted that the commission has already declared such entry as discriminatory in the year 2010, whereupon he is directed to submit the reply in two days positively and meanwhile the injunction order is kept in abeyance and the case is fixed for final argument on February 20.
