Shutter down strike observed across Balochistan

Shutter down strike was observed across Balochistan province on Monday against the murder of leader of Baloch Republican Party (BRP) Sana Sangat Baloch.
There was complete strike in various districts of Balochistan as nationalists parties including Baloch National Movement (BNM), Baloch Republican Party (BRP) and Baloch Students Organization (BSO) have announced three-day strike and 40-day mourning over killing of the BRP leader.
It should be mentioned that BRP central leader Sana Sangat Baloch went missing some two years ago and his bullet riddled tortured body was recovered from Murghab area of Turbat on Monday. He was laid to rest in Kahadkoocha area of Mastung on Tuesday.
Business and trade activities remained suspended in Panjgour, Khuzdar, Sourab, Mastung, Qalat, Hub, Gawadar, Pasni and Jeevani areas due to which people had to suffer. Protests demonstrations were also held in different areas of the province. The protestors demanded the government and law enforcement authorities to unveil and book the culprits behind murder of Sangat Baloch.
The protesting people also expressed concern over the law and order situation in the province and urged the authorities concerned to ensure protection to public lives and properties.
