PML-N parliamentary leader Khawaja Asif said on Monday that the Supreme Court of Pakistan has stood against the government’s corruption in the country’s history for the first time as the parliament failed to do so.
He praised the SC’s strategy regarding the contempt case against the PM and said that the SC has avoided creating any impression of injustice during the case proceeding.
He said that PPP’s leadership wanted to emotionalise the case aiming at to get masses’ sympathy as the government was doing it for last few months. Khawaja wished that matter would be resolved within a week.
