A bomb hidden in a television set exploded in a house in northwest Pakistan early on Sunday, killing at least seven people, in an attack police believe was part of a local feud. The blast took place in a poor neighbourhood on the outskirts of Peshawar. “At least seven people, two children, one woman and four men, were killed in a bomb blast which took place inside a house,” senior police official Kalam Khan said. Three others were wounded in the blast, he added. Initial investigations showed the bomb was planted in a rented television set which exploded in a guest room of the house, Khan said. “The attack appears to be motivated by some personal dispute or enmity,” he said.
