Punjab Sports Festival gains momentum

The Punjab Sports Festival 2012 is gaining pace after every passing day and words o praise are flowing in from MPs and other officials.
Rana Mashood, Deputy Speaker Punjab Assembly visited Punjab University Old Campus ground here and met the players. He showed his satisfaction and pleasure over the organization of the mega event.
“I congratulate the Punjab Government on conducting this successful sports festival 2012 which is basically aimed at creating a sports culture in the province and tap talented players at the grass roots level” he added.
This kind of events had never been conducted in the history of Pakistan and such activities should be the part of society to create a healthy and active nation, he maintained and later distributed prizes among the winning teams of Tehsil level. MNA Bilal Yasin and MPA Ajasim Shareef were also present on this occasion.
In Lahore Model Town, volleyball girls competition was held between Lahore School Joher Town and Government Model Girls High School Model Town. The Lahore School Joher Town won 9-6 and 8-5. Sheeza Shokat hit the highest score of 6 points. In General Public Cricket matches, UC 112 beat UC 125 by 6 runs, Usman was declared the man of the match.
In athletics, boys schools participated in all events in which Daniyal from Beaconhouse Garden Town won the 100 meter and 200 meter races while Sarum was second in both the races. Mohammad Shahbaz from Government Boys High School Model Town won 400 meter race, Sadiq Yusuf was second. Usman won the 800 meter race whereas Waqas got second position.
In 1500 meter, Sabir Ali from Government HS Manga Mandi was first while Shahbaz second. Waqas o the same school was the winner of long jump and Sarum Zulifqar from Beaconhouse Garden Town won shotput. Salman Sani from Beaconhouse Defence got the first position in javelin throw.
In Cantt/Shalamar, the final hockey match was conducted in which Government High School Jallomore beat Government Ikhwan HS Burki 2-0.
In football matches, Government School of Baghbanpura beat Punjab School 1-0, Government HS Jallomore beat Muslim HS Lahore Cantt 5-0. In the final Government HS Jallomore outplayed Government School Baghbanpura 4-0. In the General Public badminton,UC 22 beat UC 48 by 15-3,15-6 while in the doubles, the score was 15-13,15-14.
In cricket (General public), UC 55 made 205 runs to beat UC 56 with 76 runs. Ashraf was declared the man of the match. In other match, UC 19 beat UC 20 by 47 runs. Muneeb was the man of the match with 65 runs simultaneously. In boys schools cricket, Government HS Mujahidabad beat Government HS Ganj Mughalpura by 13 runs. Amjad with 25 runs was the man of the match. Government Muslim High School Lahore Cantt defeated Government HS Baghbanpura by 1 run while Sagheer was declared the best player of the match with 73 runs.

    Respectfully, it is stated that this sports Festivals is totally flop due to lack of management . My team only played one match Cricket Hard ball and won that match. Empires and scorer Note my contact number and said they inform me Whenever next scheduled but they didn't inform me now I contact with them they told me that there is no match pending . Next round started on 13 feb, I asked him 14Feb about my matches.Now please tell me what should I do?
