Strong public reaction has emerged in the face of the ban imposed on drinks by Shezan by the Lahore Bar Association in a 100-members ‘unanimous’ voting held on Friday.
Nadeem Gehla, tweeting on Saturday, said ‘Lahore Bar Association banned Ahmadi-owned Shezan drinks in bar premises however will enjoy Jewish owned McDonald and Pepsi.’ Another blogger, defending the LBA President Chaudhry Zulfiqar, said ‘the fact is that a majority resolution was passed by Lahore Bar Association lawyers. I guess the president of the association did not have much to do with it.’ Another citizen, Ayesha Halam said, ‘Lahore Bar Association lowers the bar yet again, votes to boycott Ahmadi products disgusting!!’ Subjecting the Lahore Bar members of sever criticism, another citizen said, “Lahore Bar members were high on Muree Brewery drinks and were watching mujra when PTI candidate Zulfiqar won the elections, there’s a video on Youtube, but Shezan is haram.”
Sohaib Khan, offended by the decision said, “It’s the epitome of illiteracy combined with bad business.” It is pertinent to mention here that in an interview with an English daily, Zulfiqar had said more bans on other products would also follow.
Disgusting! yet again they prove how unIslamic this country has become. The irony is, all this is in the name of religion. Shame on you! Where should all the non-Muslims go?

These were the crooks that Robbed Tahir Ahmed and isntead of handing over the looted assets to the PAkistani Treasury, they pocketed all the proceeds. SO much for Islamization. Get Ijaz ul haq, Humayun AKhtar, Shahid Khakan Abbasi and several other sons of B*** generals to submit to a forensic audit. The world is not stupid Hameed Gul's Transport business was funded through equity finance from Qadianis.
