Fashion designers get ready to WELCOME SPRING

As winter approaches its climax, fashion designers have become active in the financial capital of Pakistan to welcome the spring season by offering innovative and attractive designs of fabrics and shirts.
Karachi usually sees winter end in February, and with March begins a long summer that stretches until mid-December.
As summer in the metropolitan lasts almost 10 months, the country’s fashion designers prefer this city for marketing new designs of fabrics and shirts.
Seema Jafar Couture organised an impressive exhibition of block prints and silk shirts embellished with unique motifs at the Raintree Mini Spa in Clifton on Friday evening.
Several female fashion lovers and those passionate about block prints and silk shirts attended the exhibition and bought the fascinating dresses of their choice.
Similarly, Warda Lawn’s spring and summer collection was also showcased at the Park Towers in Clifton on Friday evening.
Tehmina Khalid, a famous showbiz writer and anchor, arranged the event on behalf of Client Management PR & Media Consultants at the second floor of the Park Towers.
A group of five young female models was also there to add colour and beauty to the event.
The visitors applauded Warda Lawn’s designs on display at the launching ceremony.
A few days ago, a gathering was also arranged at a local hotel to introduce Bashir Ahmed, a new brand that would offer its textile products in Pakistan.
Muhammad Arif – the CEO of Bashir Ahmed (textile mills) from Faisalabad – along with his team, important media representatives and businessmen attended the function.
“In March, we shall introduce textile products (new designs of lawn) with the brand name Bashir Ahmed,” Arif said at the gathering that was arranged to inform the participants of the brand’s launching from next month.
He said Karachi is the most suitable city for the marketing of textile products.
Neon signs and hoardings advertising new collections and designs of the lawns have been installed alongside the city’s roads.
