Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Thursday took suo motu notice of Lahore factory collapse. According to reports, a three-member bench headed by Justice Shakir Ullah Jan will hear the case on Friday (today). The report said that the CJ had taken the notice on a note written by Justice Shakir Ullah Jan and Justice Khilji Arif.
