According to court documents, Katy Perry and Russell Brand have reached an agreement concerning how their property will be divided in their divorce. Additionally, Perry requested to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to Brand. Perry will also restore her maiden name back to Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson. Brand’s court filings, dated February 8, agree that the former couple has agreed on a settlement. Russell Brand is entitled to a large sum of money from Katy Perry in the couple’s divorce, but he’s reportedly not asking for any of it, despite being able to walk away with tens of millions of dollars. Perry and Brand wed in October 2010. News of their split broke in December 2011.
