Students were educated on the significance of wearing helmets and following traffic rules on Wednesday at a seminar organized by Forman Christian College-University (FCCU)in collaboration with the City Traffic Police. FCCU Director of Safety & Security Col Rana Khaqan Mahmood said improvements in traffic situations will occur only with the involvement of the youth as well as the regulatory authorities. He said this improvement requires the efforts of all segments of society, including educational institutions.
