5 more business trains to run: Railways GM

First business train reached Karachi Cantt station 15 minute beyond schedule on Saturday.
The train which is a joint venture of Pakistan Railway and a private company left Lahore Railway station 5 minutes before schedule and reached Karachi Cantt station 15 minutes late Saturday.
Talking to journalists on arrival of first business train at Karachi, Railways GM Saeed Akhtar said investment had been made to the tune of Rs 220 million on this project. More 5 trains would be run in collaboration with private sector and one business train would run from February 15. More facilities would be provided to the passengers, he assured.
Pakistan Business Express Director Shafqat Ali said that train could accommodate 486 passengers and all the facilities including TV were available therein. Meal and breakfast would be served to the passengers free of cost, he added.
People said the ticket of this train was beyond their approach as it was fixed at Rs 5000 and the poor class of society even could not think of traveling by this train.
