The Punjab University Teaching Department (PUTD) has won the Inter Collegiate Tug-of–war Championship played under the aegis of Punjab University at Old Campus university ground.
As many as six teams took part in the championship. In final match, the PUTD defeated Ikhwan College and clinched the title while UET defeated Govt College Haveli Lakha to win the third spot. Chief guest Director Sports Haile College Mian AS Amjad and Additional Director Sports Atiya Mumtaz gave away prizes to the winners.
