Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif inaugurated Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate on Thursday. The 500 acre industrial estate is located on N-5 highway, near Bhahdurpur Chowk, Sadiqabad. It falls at the junction of 3 provinces, making it suitable for industry. The estate is a project of Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company. The project is estimated to be able to create 60,000 thousand jobs in Southern Punjab. Talking to local chamber of commerce members, Shahbaz said the Punjab government desires to develop Southern Punjab.
