People don’t even trust the army now: Sheikh Rashid

With all institutions losing their credibility, the people have been so disappointed that they have lost confidence on the army also, said Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rashid.
Talking to the media at Quaid-e-Azam International Airport on Thursday, he said that [Prime Minister Yousaf Raza] Gilani has become a name of lucrative benefits.
“The government and opposition are on the same page in plundering the resources of the country,” Rashid said. “The opposition will also vote for the 20th amendment.”
He said that those who issued 4,500 visas in a day and those who issued 4,500 medicine registration certificates in a day have been saved.
Referring to the recent statements from Fazlur Rehman, the AML chief said that whatever the JUI-F chief is saying is important as “his timing, line and length are always proper.”
