A husband and wife were burnt to death in their bedroom due to fire, which erupted due to short-circuit. According to details, Zahid, 30, and his wife Saeeda, residents of Chak No 39/10R Kacha Khu were sleeping in their bedroom when fire erupted due to short circuit due to which both of them were seriously burnt and shifted to Khanewal DHQ Hospital by Rescue 1122 where both of them succumbed to their injuries.
