Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani said on Monday that political leaders in favour of early election could discuss the issue with him but after the budget session.
He made it clear that the option for early elections was open. “All those political elements who want early elections can talk to me but after the budget session”, Gilani this said in his meeting with MNA Muhammad Asim Nazir, according to a press release issued by the Prime Minister House.
The MNA Asim congratulated the prime minister for his successful visit to Davos, and his interaction with the international businessmen.
He appreciated the policy of the PM to take along the opposition and his efforts for strengthening democracy in the country.
Asim Nazir apprised the PM about various ongoing development schemes in his constituency.
He approved the projects of electrification of village, improvement of road network and construction of boundary walls for schools in the MNA’s constituency.
