At least eight militants were killed in bombardment by security forces in Kurram Agency’s Markhan Kandao area on Monday. Per media reports, the security forces pounded militant hideouts in Markhan Kandao, where two militant lairs were destroyed and eight militants were killed in the action. The forces took the bodies into custody. A clash between the forces and militants is in progress in the area for the last four days.
