The Supreme Court office has fixed February 29 for hearing the pending petition filed by Air Marshall (Retd) Asghar Khan regarding the alleged distribution of money by ISI among different political parties.
Asghar Khan had filed petition in Supreme Court (SC) in 1996 whereby he had raised the question of distribution of money by ISI among certain politicians.
It was said in the petition that former ISI chief Mehmood Durrani gave heavy amount to politicians. The affidavit of ISI chief had also been filed wherein he had admitted to pay money to the politicians.
The final decision on fixation of hearing will be taken after the availability of the bench is ensured.

  1. What sort of guarantee Mr Ijaz Mansoor need. If he had any substantive evidence then he would have appeared before the commission. What would be the next move of Lord Chief Justice of the supreme court. This alleged memo has created profound instability in which. no any government would function. The whole nation is on the tenterhooks thanks to Mr Ijaz Mansoor who has been avowed ant establishment but the Generals duo has found in this most unreliable man an ally. The Generals duo will make their name in the history by dedicating their time to their professional duties rather than behaving as kingmakers.

  2. Its easy to hold a pen and write anything about anyone although my question is if imran khan doesn’t know nothing about politics and he doesn’t have any solutions for the current situations in Pakistan then what are your solutions why don’t you step ahead why don’t you write anything about ppp?
