The Peshawar district coordination officer (DCO) announced on Monday that there will be a public holiday in the city on January 26 on Pakhtun leader Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan alias Bacha Khan’s 24th death anniversary. To commemorate Bacha Khan’s and Khan Abdul Wali Khan’s death anniversary, the Awami National Party (ANP) had planned a public gathering at Shah Tehmas Football Stadium in Shahi Bagh, Peshawar on January 26.
