Lahore High Court (LHC), while admitting for hearing a petition field against alleged irregularities in Yellow Cab scheme, on Monday sought reply from the Punjab government till February 15.
The petitioner, Hina Ehtesham, took the plea in the petition that 70 billions rupees had been collected from the people but the cabs were being distributed among the favorites.
A judicial commission to inquire into alleged irregularities in this scheme be constituted, the petitioner prayed.
