The Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) announced on Saturday its public convention in Sukkur that was earlier postponed would now be held on January 27.
According to the party’s press statement, the convention would be a memorable one and MQM’s founding chief Altaf Hussain would address the gathering via telephone.
“It will be a turning point in the politics of the country and will go a long way in abolishing the medieval feudal system in the country,” the party said in the statement.
