Lack of civic amenities irks traders: Traders in the G-7/4 area have expressed concern over severe lack of civic amenities in their market area. Dilapidated roads, streets, footpaths, blocked sewerage systems, unattended garbage heaps, non-functional streetlights and complete lack of water amenities are among the numerous unattended crisis plaguing the area. The recent rainy spell adds a lot to woes with dripping water while the enforcement squad also plays its due role in disturbing/harassing the traders of the area. Complaining that the CDA does not do anything itself, the traders have demanded immediate rectification of the situation.
