The 3rd International e-Health Conference would start on Saturday at the University of Health Sciences (UHS).
The two-day conference is being organised by the Pakistan e-Health Association, with the theme “Road to National e-Health Strategy for Pakistan”. Punjab Food Minister Chaudhry Abdul Ghafoor would inaugurate the conference. The aim of the conference would be to identify and prioritise areas of e-Health development in Pakistan that could lead to the formation of a national e-Health strategy for the country.
A large number of health and IT professionals, researchers and students would attend the conference, which would include panel discussions, paper presentations, scientific poster competitions, keynote addresses and workshops on the e-Health technology.
