The police arrested a security guard of a cash van for conducting aerial firing and misbehaving with a traffic warden in the Civil Lines Police Station precincts on Thursday. The arrested was identified as Muhammad Hussain, a resident of Mandi Bahauddin, who works for a local security company that transfers cash between banks. Hussain parked a van outside a bank at Chairing Cross. Traffic warden Amjad asked him to move it, over which Hussain started arguing with him. The traffic warden, in his complaint filed at the Civil Lines Police Station, claimed that Hussain warned him of ‘dire consequences’ and had also conducted aerial firing.
The police, on Amjad’s complaint, registered a case against Hussain.
