Disabled people would be provided with wheelchairs at the zoo, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Administrator Muhammad Hussain Syed said on Monday. While meeting with disabled children from various schools at the zoo, the administrator also said the KMC has decided to invite leprosy patients to the zoo on the eve of the World Leprosy Day. “Besides, wild life experts will provide guidance to the zoo visitors so that people, especially children, can avail the opportunity of getting useful information about animals and birds,” he added.
