The spokesman of Awami National Party (ANP) Senator Zahid Khan has said if the opposition enjoys majority, it should try a no confidence motion against Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani.
Speaking to the journalists outside the parliament here on Tuesday, he said that the democratic prime ministers have always appeared before the court, however, no dictator dared to go to the judiciary personally.
He said PML (N) does not believe in the supremacy of the parliament and whenever any resolution is tabled for the strengthening the democracy, it always ran away.
He also said that people gave the mandate to PPP for five years and it should complete its constitutional tenure.
