  1. It is a joke. 191 bottles of liquor seized and the rest sold in the black market all over the place. I was told by a Military Colonel when he performed duties in the costal guards close to Gawadar a seaport in the country, the costal guards use to seize one boat full of liquor and around 20 will pass through different routes. Since the resources to catch other boats of liquor were limited so it was considered a top notch effort to get atleast one boat. One day Colonel was on his round when he stop at a village and to his surprise the entire village was sleeping and it was noon. So he investigated and found out that the whole village got drunk with the premium brand liquor. The smugglers threw their very high end stuff close to the village to get rid of the area cops.
