Pakistan Football Federation’s Director Development and Competition Wing Cmdr (retd) Pervaiz Saeed Mir expressed his belief that the PFF Vision 2020 Plan, which the PFF unveiled in PFF Congress, will take Pakistan to new heights. He was speaking at the concluding ceremony of the AFC C-Certificate Football Coaching Course at Islamabad’s Jinnah Sports Complex on Thursday. This ambitious plan will create solid footing for the PFF in earning berth in top 15 Asian teams as well earning tickets of World Cup, Olympics and FIFA age-limit competitions in coming decade. But all the coaches had to work harder along with coming coaches to make it reality, he added. In his message, PFF’s President Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat urged the coaches to acquire technical know-how and work hard.
“It’s now easier than ever to become a qualified football coach. By getting on the coaching ladder, individuals have the opportunity to progress through the various AFC Coaching qualifications while constantly enhancing their skills and knowledge,” said AFC Instructor Sheikh Siddique who was assisted by Assistant Course Instructor Shahzad Anwar, Referee instructor Salah-ud-Din and Course Coordinator Muhammad Zaman Khan. The participants were: Saquib Omer, Farooq Nazir, Abdul Waseem, Sajjad Hafeez, Syed Hassan Abbas Jafri, Syed Mudassar Sabir, Muhammad Khan, Junaid Muhammad Khan, Faisal Javed, Muhammad Jamil, Waris Khan, Johar Ali, Muhammad Noman, Muhammad Ramzan, Sohail Imran, Mahmood Akram, Zafarullah Zafri, Dilshad Ali, Ari Masih, Ayyaz Mahmood Butt, Khuda Bux, Ghulam Shabbir and Zahid Qureshi.
