Terming the clash of institutions a threat to the country, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Tuesday said the leaderships of all political parties and institutions should have a dialogue to steer the country out of crisis. “We should stick to the policy of reconciliation, as in the current scenario neither the judiciary nor the military and the executive can afford extreme steps,” he told reporters after chairing a parliamentary party meeting of the PML-Q. The meeting was called to discuss the situation developing in the country after the Supreme Court’s verdict on the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) case. He said the ongoing situation in the country required prudence and a cool temper.
