Balloting for plots of Naya Nazimabad project

The balloting ceremony for plots in blocks A, C and D of the Naya Nazimabad project was organised on Tuesday.
Naya Nazimabad is designed to provide secure and affordable housing for the progressive middle-income class. It offers residential units, along with a wide range of amenities i.e. schools, colleges and university, hospitals and clinics, parks and shopping malls. The project spans a vast area and is located close to North Nazimabad.
“It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that the full quota of plots has been booked and we are still receiving applications. We owe this success to the people of Karachi and our friends and associates who placed their trust and confidence in us,” Arif Habib, chairman of the Arif Habib Group, said on the occasion.
Also present at the ceremony were the Naya Nazimabad project’s senior management and partners, customers and other stakeholders.
The project’s residential zone is based on single-unit and double-storey houses and plots measuring 120, 160 and 240 square yards.
Other than premier amenities, the Naya Nazimabad project would have overhead water tanks and an efficient sewerage management system.
Residents would be facilitated by an internal transport grid and security would be ensured through gates, staffing and close circuit security cameras.  An international standard cricket stadium is also on the verge of completion.
“The only reason why I was convinced to buy a house in Naya Nazimabad was because of the level of security offered. It is a great burden off my mind that my kids finally have a secure environment to enjoy in,” said one of the customers.
Another customer said, “It is very heartening to see such a brilliant project being developed in Karachi. I have always been reluctant to invest in housing projects due to untrustworthy builders but this time I am convinced of the builder’s credibility. I am sure soon the keys of my future house would be handed over to me soon.”
