Project Management Institute, Lahore Chapter organised a two-day international conference with the theme of ‘Making Project Management Work for Pakistan’ at the Royal Palm Golf and Country Club. The conference was attended by the profession’s top brains and renowned speakers from Pakistan, US, Germany and other private sector and academia.
In his opening address, chapter President, Khalid Ahmad Khan, welcomed the participants of the international symposium. He emphasised the importance of using modern project management practices to tackle productivity and performance issues in the public and private sectors. The conference hoped to play a key role in achieving the goal of improving the performance of projects in Pakistan.
