The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Thursday auctioned eight out of the 26 mortgaged residential plots of the Venus Housing Scheme against a sum of Rs 22.4 million. The open auction of 26 mortgaged residential plots of the Venus Housing Scheme was held in the LDA Community Centre, 239-A, New Muslim Town. The LDA Auction Committee, comprising of the finance, estate management and land development directors, conducted the auction. The base price per Marla of these plots had been estimated by the approved State Bank of Pakistan evaluators.
