Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) chief Pir Pagara is to be flown to London in an air ambulance for medical treatment within the next 36 hours. Sources in Pagara’s family say that during his stay at the Aga Khan Hospital he underwent a surgery to remove a cyst.
Though the surgery was successful, sources add that after the procedure, Pir Pagara complained of shortness of breath, which was followed by a kidney disorder and a possible case of pneumonia. Doctors at Aga Khan informed Pir Pagara’s family that although he is recovering, he is still suffering from an infection and hence could not be pronounced stable. The doctors said Pagara was being kept in Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
