A Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Wednesday allowed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to transfer its record of the Mumbai attacks to Magistrate SS Shinde, who has been nominated by the Mumbai High Court to head a judicial commission formed to probe into the matter.
