Unknown miscreants destroyed the house of a tribal elder with an explosive device here late Tuesday night, injuring his six children.
According to official sources, unidentified militants planted explosive material outside the house of tribal leader Haji Saleem Khan, located in the middle of Sidh Bazaar in Kurram Agency. The explosive device went off with a big bang late on Tuesday night destroying a portion of the house.
The six kids, who were injured due the blast, were rescued by the local people and shifted to Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Parachinar for treatment.
