Unidentified attackers blew up the Tarbela-Peshawar transmission line in Risalpur early Tuesday morning, suspending power supply to Peshawar and Hayatabad. Four back-to-back blasts at 5:41am on Tuesday destroyed the high-voltage transmission line in Baba G Kalay, Risalpur. Bomb disposal squad said that four bombs weighing five kilogrammes each were concealed in ghee containers and planted under the transmission line.
