Sakuf and PAF Whites won their matches in the Bank of Punjab Lahore Open Polo Championship which saddled into action here at the Lahore Polo Club on Monday.
Sakuf eased past Guard Group 5-3 with goals of the winner’s team coming from Omar Asjad Malhi who converted two goals and Shah Shamyl Alam hit three. Raja Samiullah scored all the three goals for the losing side.
PAF (Whites) fought well against Adisseo to get 9-8 win.
Shaukat Ali Malik played a vital role in the win with six goals with two coming from Nausher Khan and Mian Hussain Iftikhar getting one.
The losing team’s four riders shared the goals with Sameer Habib Oberoi producing four goals. Adnan Jalil Azam scored two while Nausher Khan and Bilal Haye added one apiece.
Saqib Khan Khakwani, Agha Murtaza Ali Khan, Santiago Mendivil and Ahmed Zubair supervised the matches.
