Rulers’ expenses

Pakistan is a developing country. Half of our population is living below the poverty line. The irony is that the masses are poor but the rulers are rich. The rough estimation shows that the government has one hundred ministers and advisors. The government is spending a lot of money on these ministers and advisors.

When we compare our country with other countries of the world, we find that the world’s largest and rich countries have only fifteen to seventeen ministers. For instance, China is the largest country and has only seventeen ministers. Similarly, our neighbouring country India too has sixteen ministers and the USA has roughly the same number. Our government is printing two billion currency notes daily to meet its expenses. I appeal to the PM and president to cut the size of the cabinet. Reduce unnecessary expenses and utilise the rest of money on welfare schemes for education and health respectively.
