On the special instructions of Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, a meeting of administrative heads of top federal government departments was held at the Governor’s House on Monday. Governor Sardar Latif Khosa chaired the meeting in which PPP General Secretary Senator Jehangir Badr, MNA Samina Ghurki, MPA Raja Riaz, PPP Punjab President Imtiaz Safdar Warraich, General Secretary Samiullah Khan participated. PEPCO general manager, LESCO chief executive, managing directors of SNGPL and PIA and other important department heads were also present on the occasion. The top bosses were instructed to deliver services to the people and especially the workers of the PPP. They were further told that they would be held responsible if the public does not get the desired relief. The governor said all these bureaucrats are responsible to the people.
