Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif has said that bilateral trade relations and cooperation between Pakistan and Turkey in various sectors would be enhanced further.
Shahbaz is in Istanbul on an official visit to promote trade and economic cooperation.
Addressing the businessmen in the Turkish capital, Shahbaz said that boosting bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy, transport and environment was in the interest of both Pakistan and Turkey.
He said that efforts were being made for enhancing bilateral cooperation in various sectors which would create new opportunities of employment, besides promoting economic development in the two countries.
Talking to the reporters, he said that he is in Turkey to hold talks over expeditious implementation of the agreements reached between Turkey and Punjab.
