  1. New Year is the Worship of the Roman god Janus (where we get the name for the first month in the year January (originally Cush the Confounder or Idol of Chaos)). Janus was an Idol with two faces one facing back (to the last year) one facing forward (to the New Year). Saying Happy New Year is in fact what the Romans did in relying on this Demi god for fortune in good harvest and wealth and health for the next 12 months. Early Christians of the first Century (true Christians of the Book) would refuse to say Happy New Year as they knew that their reliance was on the only true God Allah SWT. The Romans made fun of them for not relying on the false god (another agent of Shaytan) for the fortune in the next year. New Year Celebrations all with its fornication and partying and drunkedness is most certain more to do with Janus or the god of Chaos then it has to do with Allah SWT. This is Shirk.
