The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) is hosting an AFC C-Certificate Football Coaching Course at Jinnah Football Stadium, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad, which commenced from Thursday.
The 15-day coaching course will be conducted by AFC Instructor, Sheikh Siddique assisted by Assistant Course Instructor Shehzad Anwar, Refree Instructor Salah-ud-Din Awan and Course Coordinator Muhammad Zaman Khan.
General Secretary PFF Lt. Col. ® Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi opened the Course as chief guest and said that experience is essential for a coach whether working with other coaches and learning from them or coaching different groups of players with mixed abilities.
”A successful coach should always be open to new ideas and posses a will to improve their individual skills and knowledge of the game. AFC courses offer the perfect solution to all coaches who aim to improve their skills, knowledge, experience and enjoyment of the game,” he added. Director Development & Youth, Wing Cmdr ® Pervaiz Saeed Mir was also present on this occasion.
